Our review
A great site for the price – a new, spacious, well-lit and safe area just across from the beach, 2 minutes' walk away, with lots of restaurants. The facilities are very easy to use: a point for grey and black water and the chemical toilet, drinking water, bins by the entrance, a children's playground and two shaded seating areas with tables and chairs.
It costs 7 euros a day, and you can stay up to three days. You take a ticket at the barrier when you arrive and pay at the machine when you leave. All the pitches are level and take motorhomes up to 8.5 metres; young trees are growing between them.
The beach restaurants are open all day, and the pizza places open in the evening during the week and at lunchtime and in the evening at weekends – there's one 100 metres away. The town centre and the port, with the Leonardo da Vinci canals, are about 3 km away – a 40-minute walk along the seafront, or by bike or bus. We'd recommend it for visiting this wonderful town.
