Our review

Good vibes and good facilities that are easy to use, with good hot water – and a very good location for visiting the town. The municipal campsite is also a youth hostel. You can walk to the town centre in about 20 minutes, or catch the bus at the campsite entrance, which drops you right in the centre.

To get in, drive up to the barrier and it opens automatically; reception is in the far building, opposite the entrance. The pitches are spacious, with electricity, and there are several trees for shade. The best are next to the sanitary block, with electricity, a water tap and grey water disposal, but you'll need ramps. There's a washing-up area with hot water, hot showers, toilets without paper (typical in France) and a seating area with tables, a large garden and a basketball court.

The municipal swimming pool is right next to the campsite. The free Wi-Fi reached our pitch by the facilities block, but it isn't very strong.
