Our review
A very good site for visiting Béziers, a beautiful town: it's safe, the services work well and you can sleep well. It's 2 km from the centre and a 10-minute walk from the locks, and a gate at the end of the area leads to the locks and on to the town centre and the cathedral – about 20 minutes on foot.
The area is large and the pitches are quite spacious; those at the sides are level and bigger than the ones in the middle. You pay at the machine at the entrance. Electricity is 4 euros a day, and you can switch it on whenever you want. Water is 2 euros, though some is included in the price. The points for drinking water and for emptying grey and black water are right by the entrance and very easy to use, with the bins just outside.
When you arrive, drive past the entrance, turn round at the roundabout and come back – then you can turn in without problems. We highly recommend it.
