Scotland – Fort August (En)
Fort August is a village situated on the most southern tip of Loch Ness with spectacular views down Loch Ness. Here you can watch the boats navigating the locks. There are around 5 locks in the village, and the boats have to stop in each one, tied themselves and wait for the water to fill up before continuing to the next lock. And then stop again, tied and wait for the water in the next lock to fill up. It was the first time I saw this and it is awesome!
Then we went to see the rest of the town and the Loch Ness and the Abby which is amazing!
And from here we keep going to Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in Scotland, United Kingdom and the British Isles.
