Our review
A great, free location for visiting Arta, a very lively town with everything you need: amazing fish shops, bars and restaurants full of people, a free castle to visit and a beautiful church. The car park is opposite the city walls, a 5-minute walk from the castle, the market and the shops. We recommend it.
It's a public car park with about four motorhome spaces at the entrance; they aren't level, but you can use ramps. If they're taken or your motorhome is too long, park at the other end – two big motorhomes that arrived while we were there did just that. Cars use the motorhome spaces during the day, though they don't stay long, and the other side of the car park is used for driving and motorbike lessons. There are no facilities apart from a water tap and bins.
Next to the car park there are tennis courts and a park for walking the dog. Don't miss the castle and the main square, with its amazing church and bars.

Walk along the city walls to the castle – it's free to visit.
