Our review
A free motorhome area with a great location for visiting the town and the beach, and everything you need – we recommend it. It's great for walking everywhere: a nice path along the river takes you over the bridge to the beach on one side and to the town centre on the other, and there's a Lidl a 5-minute walk away.
It gets really full – it was full by around 4pm – so arrive early in the morning. The pitches are close together, so there's no room to open an awning or put a table and chairs out, and there's no shade. Parking is free, but the water costs 6 euros for 10 minutes, from the one point for filling and emptying. The bins are outside, on the right of the picnic area next to the motorhome area.
There's an amazing market on Wednesdays, from 8am to 1pm, 10 minutes away, and bars and restaurants are a 10-minute walk.
