Gandia Harbour (En)

Yesterday we went to the beach and the harbour, 20 minutes walking. The way is really nice as the streets are full of bars and restaurants, also a street market and chanels with boats hanging. Many of the restaurants have a menu of the day for 9 euros!

The beach is amazing! really big with fine sand and no stones at all, and chiringuitos to eat and have a drink. The beach is 3 kilometres long. We found a place to eat the typical Gandia fideua with mussels, langoustines, big prawns and monkfish. Really yummy. The fideua is with noodles not with pasta as in Marbella. After lunch, we had a drink in a chiringuito on the beach taking sunshine. Asha had a great time playing, running and swimming on the beach.

Tomorrow we will visit the old town which is on the other side and also 20 minutes walking. Asha playing yesterday hurt her paw and today she is limping and poorly, if she is not better tomorrow we will leave her resting in the motorhome.
