Our review

We stayed at Woodlands Camping, a short walk from the village and the waterfalls. It's a very nice spot, with animal sculptures around the campsite. The facilities are good, with good hot water in the showers, it's easy to empty and fill water and leave rubbish, and the pitches are large, with electricity.

It no longer takes ACSI: we expected £23 a day with electricity, but they charged £2 for Asha, so in the end we paid £25 a day. There's a restaurant, open until 3pm, where you can have a full English breakfast very cheaply. The best thing about the campsite: five minutes on foot and you're at the Devil's Bridge waterfalls!

Top tips

Have the full English breakfast at the restaurant (until 3pm).
