Our review
Girona has two motorhome areas: a free one outside the city, and this private one, Parking Vayreda, 10 minutes from the city centre. We chose the private one because people were complaining about campers and motorhomes being broken into at night at the other.
It costs 19 euros a day, with free Wi-Fi and filling and emptying of grey and black water included; electricity is 1 euro for 2 hours. When you arrive you take a ticket and the barrier opens – the same ticket lets you in and out, so the area is very safe. When you leave, you put the ticket in and pay. We recommend it if you want to visit the city: it's safe and very close to the centre.

Take a ticket at the barrier on arrival; you pay with it when you leave.
