Playa de Aro – Part II (En)

As I said in the last post, on Friday we went to do the right side of the Ronda walk. The locals told us that we have to cross the harbour and then all down until we arrive at a beach where the walk starts. They told us to walk all the way to S’Agaro beach in the next town where there are bars etc. This side of the walk is totally different to the other side. This side of the walk is easier and with villas and houses pretty luxurious. It is like the posh side of the walk and the left side is the wild and hippie side.

We arrived at S’Agaro beach at lunchtime so we went to a restaurant that looks nice and was not very expensive. We had marinara lentils as a starter because we have never tried them before. It has lentils, carrots, peppers, fish and seafood. They were delicious! We liked it so much that Ben is going to try to cook them. For the second course, we had fideua because the manager told us it is really good. This fideua is with thin noodles, not the fat noodles like in Gandia. The best fideua we have tried until now but it was for 3 or 4 people, not 2 so we had a plate and took away the rest for tomorrow. These lentils and the artichoke in Denia are the best new food we have eaten.

And all the way back. I do not know what side of the walk you guys prefer because they are very different but I think I prefer the left side because it is more original and wild with the tunnels in the rock of the cliff and the little coves.

We finish the day with Elia and Lotte in the motorhome and the next day we told them bye and hope to meet them again. And we went to a town called Estartit where the Medes Islands are. And you can see this proximately!
