   These are Google's own @font-face blocks for the layout's old request, in
   Google's order, with only the url()s changed: Montserrat 100–900, Open Sans
   300–800 (normal and italic), Quicksand 300–700. The files are Google's,
   unchanged (Montserrat v31, Open Sans v44, Quicksand v37), in
   sites/mhl/assets/fonts/ with their SIL Open Font License texts (OFL-*.txt —
   the asset router does not serve .txt).

   Still "dynamic", exactly as Google's were:
   - VARIABLE fonts: one file holds every weight in its range, so the
     in-between weights the CSS uses (350, 360, 450, 650) keep working.
     ⚠ Never swap in static files — those weights would snap to the nearest
     static one.
   - unicode-range: a browser downloads a file only when the page uses one of
     its characters. An English or Spanish page fetches the latin files (á é ñ
     ¿ ¡ € and the en dash are latin); a "č" fetches latin-ext as well.
   - A face downloads only when text on the page uses it (the italic file only
     with italic text).
   - ⚠ Every subset is kept, in Google's order (the ranges overlap), so the
     site behaves exactly as it did with Google. One cost comes with that, the
     same as before: the buttons' ► and → (U+25BA, U+2192) fall in Open Sans's
     "symbols" and "math" ranges, so a page with a .btn or .btn-txt downloads
     those two files (about 78 KB), yet NEITHER glyph is in any of these files
     (checked in Edge, 26 October 2026) — the arrows are drawn by the device's
     fallback font either way.

   The version is in each file's name, so an update gets new names and no
   visitor keeps an old cached font (asset_router.php caches for 30 days; this
   file itself is versioned by the layout's ?v=). To update: fetch the URL
   below with a current browser's User-Agent (others get older formats),
   download its woff2 files under new names, and swap the url()s.
